Stole my money

Hi I placed a order on the kfc app ,after I entered my banking details it said the order can't be processed and my money will be refunded , so then tired again and it said the same, I then went to my banking app to see if the money was put back into my account but is was not . The money was deducted twice and not returned, I would urgent feedback ASAP Reece
