Stock issues

Hey KFC Team,

I'm writing to share my frustration with the Dinwiddie branch next to the Reef Mall. I loved the chicken when they first opened it was very tasty, but lately, it's been a bit of a hit or miss. I've had a few family value meals there, and from the on set there's always something missing - burgers, Zinger wings, or a drink. Feeling it’s still a new store they will catch up to the demand we’ve been happy to let it go. I've been there during the day too and still family treat especially always has an item out of stock. I’m not sure if this is a strategy to get us to buy the individual meals however it’s such an inconvenience.

Last Friday, November 28th, was the last straw. I wanted to grab a family value meal, and they were out of dispensary Coke (the most popular drink!). The staff said it was due to a promotion, but it wasn't clear why it wasn't communicated properly.

I know it's the festive season and all, but I'd love it if KFC could get the stock management sorted out. It's frustrating for families like mine who just want a quick, easy meal. And on top of that, the chicken just didn't taste the same lately - it was a bit bland.

I hope you guys can look into this and sort it out.
