Stinky kfc Bedfordview

..So I decide to use the drive through on Saturday the 29th December at around passed 13:00pm... there was an issue with my bank card of which was not going through ... however that was not the issue when the lady taking my order opened that glass door to call the manager a disgusting bad stink came out of there into he car it smells like a rotting drain pipe... the worse part I could see boxes of frozen food stacked up in that stinking area... it was so bad I had to ask her is that smell coming from inside... she laughed and said “ yeeesss.. noooo....” so I don’t get it...sounds like a yess to me but not surposed let customers get that bad hoof.come on this is a restaurant and you guys can’t maintain, I can’t believe how bad it was coming from a place that sells food! Please don’t call me and offer me free food.. What are your managers doing? regional managers doing when they doing their visit.? Do they even do their visits.???or they just don’t care .. clearly this Is greed for money, because had kfc been cleaning as often as a reataurant should clean, it would not be stinking like a sewage dump! Please explain to me what are you cleaning procedures??? What does your policy say about cleaning and hygiene..? clean that filthy place! I’d actually love to see how you guys prepare food.. that place stinks sooo bad all I could smell was a flipin drain that hasn’t been cleaned for months maybe even years. I am contacting the department of health and safety to pay a visit to you guys. Sis man this is pathetic and you expect people to buy food from there... no wonder yourll have a big thick glass door blocking out all That ****ty smells coming from there. Someone is going to get very sick! I am actually shocked with what I’ve experienced Apart from yourl menu’s falling apart or a big white A4 page forever saying out of stock! Stinks soooo ****** bad almost like something died in there.Please close down this branch there’s forever issues !!! Specially when it comes to being filthy is unacceptable.
