STINKY ATTITUDE AND BAD SERVICE

What an amazingly horrible experience it has been at KFC Mout Edgecome Yesterday. To my amazement, I had taken the kids for late lunch. Ordered the KFC 8 piece family pack and had the most disgusting experience with the manager (Sakhile) and the staff. The chips were extremely salty and when consulted the managed he has an attitude and he tells me that all their chips are like that instead of changing the chips. When my husband intervenes he gets rude and answers us as if our little R200 and some odd rands mean nothing to the store. We contacted the Moulana in charge of the store and after few minutes of no assistance or joy. The staff member Nosipho shouts load at her work colleagues and states " Banenkinga labantu yazi engabe bayahamba" This statement was rude considering your manager had not resolved our problem and that you people were at fault but you choose not to see that. KFC Mt Edgecombe, you need alot of customer care and most importantly you need to present your food well.
