Stinky attitude

I ordered a crusher on the self help service machine and when I went to collect at the counter I was rudely told it's no longer available in stock. Since I did not want anything else I asked for my refund & they said they can't refund me I must order ice cream. I told them I don't want ice cream. The manager just walked away and went to sit in her office. I stood at the counter for a good 15 minutes. I asked what is happening they said no refund. My partner decided to purchase dunked wings and then only pay the difference since they can't refund us and they said it's not possible. I still there for another 10 minutes while listening to them speak about us badly. I asked them what's the matter and if they can help us they said they are helping me, they restarted the system and they are waiting. Until it's restarted there is nothing they can do. After waiting for that long period, the manager refunded me my money and no one showed remorse or even apologised. The store was empty and I understand why people are not using this facility. Very bad service.
