Stinking service and bad attitude

Never have i ever experienced such poor service from a teller in my life before i walked into kfc mid city square in pta where i was assisted by Amandwa whom i asked for a cone ice she then held my cone with her bare hands asked her to please give me a fresh ice cream cause i want to eat the cone after wards it was then she took the ice back to the machine then said there is no ice cream coz i asked her to hold my cone with a saviate it was then i asked for manager then response i got was call him yourself with all the other customers it was then she started exchanging words which i then left the store in a cery angry manner why is she infront and being used as the face of Kfc with such attitude can i request answers on the bad service please cause what she did is so humiliating
