Stinking customer service from Ashley, store manager @ KFC Sandown Rd, Milnerton Rural.

What a stinking service I get from KFC, Sandown road and it is not the first time. The store Manager Ashley is not a girl you go to with a soft tongue, she is so arrogant and seem to know nothing about customer service. I end up getting assistance from Kgomotso from National Customer Care Service for something she could have helped with if she was willing to. Kgomotso requested requested to talk to Ashley as I was still in store when seeking for assistance. The girl had a nerve to lie infront of me on my phone that she told me to come back on Monday where I will get a refund for the food I returned back to the store. The girl did not know how I can get my refund when I purchased online. Now she **** that she did advise what I need to do. I hope there are cameras in this store otherwise the Franchise will loose more customers with arrogant people like her. When you are a manager you not owning the store girl, treat people with respect when they respect you. Manager is just a title be human. You dont walk away from people while they need your help.
