STINKING ATTITUDE

Good day,

On 20 December I went to Katlehong KFC to buy a barrel. When given my order, the paper bag tore and the meat fell on the ground. I requested for another paper bag. The lady Zanele that gave me the parcel started giving me attitude and shouted for everyone to hear that the meat fell whilst on my hands and they will not be liable for anything instead of giving me a paper bag. The store manager Philani came, however did nothing to calm the situation down. Zanele threw a hand and walked away as if she didnt care about me as a customer.

I did not appreaciate the service I was given by Zanele and demand an apology.

Should my matter not be attended, I will be taking this further. Its not how customers should be treated when she gets a salary because of us.
