Stinking attitude
Was at your KFC yesterday at the drive thru, I told the lady cashier what I wanted. When I collected my food I was assisted my a lady by the name Nomsa. She was very rude towards me and had attitude - I really don't know why she's working with people if she doesn't like what she's doing. I work for Absa and I deal with clients on regular basis but the attitude I got from your employee is the worst. I give her 0 out of 10 - she should go for customer service training
