Still no response, Poor customer and delivery service!

This was my post from the 11 Dec 2021: "I made an order on the app. Paid with a voucher. Few minutes later my order was canceled. It has been 3days already and no refund. I went to the store where the order was placed and they could not help my either. I don't have my order and I don't have my voucher. I sent a email to customer care with all the details. No response yet. Really poor delivery service, looks to me like a ****. Because I've read the reviews. There is a lot of people that experienced the same as I have. I just want my voucher back ASAP. And people never ever use the online delivery service!!!"

It has been 12 days and still no response from KFC. I've contacted them via email and land-line.

Really poor customer and delivery service. You cannot treat your loyal customers like this.

I want my R100 please, that's all.
