Still no response on my complaint

Last week i logged a complaint on bad service we got from KFC at Rietfontien road in Boksburg till today i have not received a call from the area manager. I only had a guy from Pretoria inquiring if the complaint was from his store and said he would pass the complaint to the correct person.<br> <br> KFC doesn't take their customers serious that's why their staff behave the way they do because they can actually get away with it. I for one have been lost as a customer not only because of the bad attitude but because of management failing and respond and promoting the appalling behavior of their staff. <br> <br> No wonder they losing customers
