Still no response

On the 28th of January 2017 I ordered three chicken strips at the KFC in Maitland. When I got home I discovered that they were shrivled and looked like clumps rather than strips. I then tasted one and they were so dry. It felt simi**** to eating a biscuit. There was also almost no spice. I promptly phoned customer support and reported the situation. They assured me that someone would contact me and sort out the situation. It has been almost a month later and I have not been contacted.

I wrote the above review 9 months ago and still have not received a proper response. I just keep getting emails that the matter is closed.
