Still no resolution
So the URL below shows my first post to HelloPeter, after not getting any joy from KFC's FB page. A call centre agent called and promised that the relevant branch would resolve it. The branch person called on the 9th Feb 2016, promising that the Area Manager (PC Bell) or \Head Office\" would call to resolve this matter. As of today, there is still no response.
