Still awaiting refund, the turn-around time has passed.

I ordered online and the driver came to deliver, only waited for few minutes and cancelled the order. I phone the store and I was told that because I bought with a voucher they cannot give me another voucher and she can't go to the store and get her order. I received an email to say that the refund will take 7 to 14 working days. It has passed the turn-around time and still I have not received any communication nor feedback. When I called today still there was no feedback. I have not seen such horrible, terrible service.
