Still awaiting my money back

I placed an order for delivery on the 12th of December last year, which was not delivered to me. I queried the undelivered order and requested a refund. On the 16th of December I was refunded an amount of R8,68 but my order was for the mount of R86,80. I have now queried and requested a full refund from them over a million times, yet to this day I have not received my money back !! It took them very fast to refund me the incorrect amount but they are unwilling to refund me the full amount owed to me !! I have spoken to so many people at “Customer Care” and every time I speak to someone, they each have a different story to tell. I am now at my wits end and do not know what else to do to get my money back !! I will never purchase KFC again because they have the worst level of service I have ever encountered !!
