Steve, he could have said no, but did not

I had the absolute most amazing confrontation with a delivery man named Steve, from Kentucky Parow. Long story short, Steve had gone the extra mile. He took my contact details and said he would call me back - i thought it was his way of saying no way to an impossible request I made. And yet, he called me back, took my order, and delivered it to our company with the most amazing smile ever, as he walked in by the door he just blew me away with his friendliness. I wish I could always place an order with that Kentucky just to be helped by someone so friendly. Its just an amazing experience when someone you dont know, goes out of their way for you.
