STEER CLEAR OF KFC!!!!!!!!!

<p>KFC in Westridge (Mitchell's Plain) is the absolute worst!!!!!</p> <p>Ordered a meal, the cashier got the order wrong... Luckily I checked my order before leaving and I had been given a SW1 instead of a SW2. I queried the lady packing (ASIPHE) the orders who said "SLIP" I gave her my receipt, she walked away, handed the receipt to the cashier (NOSI) and continued packaging of the food parcels. I asked what was happening as she had not said anything further to which she rep**** " ITS NOT MY MISTAKE MOS"... The cashier came slammed her hand on the counter and said "SIX RANDS" . I rep**** asking if they do not apologise for the inconvenience or the mistake to which she shouted " I NEVER HEARD YOU MOS"! The manager came, as I requested to cancel my order and her only words were... I will have a conversation with them, still no apology. I am utterly disgusted and will NEVER EVER go to ANY KFC AGAIN and will inform ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!!!</p>
