STAY AWAY FROM KFC

I ordered a 22 piece bucket from KFC Kameeldrift (Roodeplaat), firstly the service was not good at all, but I overlooked it.... Then when I got home.... having guests that I had to serve.. ALL THE PIECES WAS BREASTS AND COMPLETELY DRY.. Afterward I remembered the lady getting the bucket from a "bit of a hidden place"... maybe it's the place for buckets, but definitely not from the serving place.. Regardless, I contacted KFC at the first available moment I had. They couldn't/wouldn't help me as I didn't have a receipt... well I'm one of those that doesn't keep slips... unless it's clothes that might need to be exchanged... So I was advised to go to the branch to sort the matter directly... The brach couldn't care less.... Sorry but we will check the cameras to see what happened.. "good", I said.... Needless to say it's been weeks... they didn't even attempt to contact me... even though I gave my contact details to the manager AS WELL as the times he could call me during the week and weekends as there are specific times that I am actually in a postion to answer my phone...

It's like he took the details and just trashed it.. not giving it a second thought...

Also keep in mind that this is supposed to be a new KFC nearly a year.. but not yet. .. "New brooms sweep clean". What is the service going to be like in 6 months... I've heard a few complaints from neighbors as I told my story..about the bad experience and seevice they had. I have never had service or product like this with KFC when I was living in JHB a year ago.

As far as I am concerned I will never buy from ANY KFC again.. just because of this.. There wasn't even a sorry or effort to rectify the matter.. not even to mention the humiliation I had serving dry breasts to my guests.
