Standards of requirements

Firstly i would like to thank you for your time reading this

On Wednesday the 25th of July 2018 @ 18:45 i took my family(Which is My wife,Child and myself) due to my small one being Hungary, so we decided to go to KFC @ Cornubia, got there which there was no one at the tellers which i had to call someone to see to me which took 5 minutes,@ 18:57 i placed my order for a family treat 6 peace, which i was advise to wait 7 minutes for my meal as the chicken was was getting prep, so i waited, there was order that was placed after me which was served first was it because they where a different race compare to me, cant tell what they order but it was chicken,after 10 minutes of waiting i went to the collecting side to request my meals which i was advise to wait another 5 minutes, so i questioned in regards to the other orders and was told that it was small orders, which was a joke due to it being first come first serve but will understand if it was any desert items, but however i waited, @ 19:12 which 15 minutes has pasted by i still haven't received my meal, which i requested to speak to a manager, a short Guy came up apologizing and advise me that they have just put in the chicken to cook , and showed him the time i placed my order the cashier even confirm how long i was waiting at that stage and he advise if i could wait another 10 minutes for him to prep my meal, i asked him if he was joking as i have a 11.5 month old baby who is waiting for her meal and my wife and myself who is Hungary as this will be our supper for the evening, with the frustration i walked away, went outside had a smoke went back in and asked for my meals, i got the same answer with no JOY, my order number for that day was 234, @ 19:38 i received my meal, it took them almost 45 minutes to prep a family treat which should of taken most 7 minutes due to KFC being a fast food industry, if i went over to Spur i would of gotten a my meals before 15 minutes.

When i went home open up my meal, the whole box was oily and half way ripe due to the oil on from the chicken also the chicken was pink at the bone which means this was not cooked correctly, which i throw away the chicken and we had a very sad supper, which we had the chips and marsh.

KFC has been one of best outlets to be after this, sorry you'll proven my incorrect
