Stale Zinger Burger!
<p>I have been eating at KFC for for as long as i can remember "YEARS"! and never have i had such a stale burger as i did today, i was looking forward to enjoying my lunch and treat which i was very dissapointed in! my burger was cold and the bun was stale that it broke apart while i was trying to eat it! Honestly it looked as though they gave me a burger from an incorrect order that was laying there for probably half the day! i paid money to get one thing and got something else which is not fair! PLEASE jack up that store!</p>

I would like to thank the staff members who assited with the prompt response to this complaint! I went back to KFC today and i was very happy with the service that i received from the store manager, Cinderella, she's a star! Cinderella not only gave me a fresh Zinger meal (which i throughly enjoyed!) but gave me a free Sundae which i was going to purchase for a friend! So excellent customer service award to Cinderella and the team! Thank you! see you soon! P.S my friend was so impressed that she gave a positive review as well!
