Stale twister

I bought a kfc twister and when I open it The filling is not up to standard, the price I pay and the food I received I am not happy. And the lettuce was stale. You cannot be charging me R47.90 for a stale twister with old lettuce,a slice of tomato, and a cut into 2 fillet, no man you are robbing us. I submitted a complaint via twitter and the only response I received was "I'm sorry". KFC could not even offer me a better meal after serving me nonsense and paid my money. Are you customers not that important? Then the store should close down!!! I had to throw it away as I was already too far from the shop.
