Stale burger rolls

I've had the worst experience at Kuilsriver KFC ! My crunch burger had such stale rolls it was breaking . After driving back to return it , I was told to pay an extra amount to get something else - not even 1 apology for the inconvenience ! I've heard about the bad services and goods from the Northern Suburbs, and tonight I can confirm it
