This is what I received by contacting Rachael at your customer care centre, who cut the call on me and was unconcerned of my query whereby Newlands East KFC sold us a stale bun almost turning mildew. The bun looked like it was frozen and defrosted and this was fed to my 2year old grandchild. Looking for the owners details of this branch. I only need my refund and I'm not prepared to drive to collect what is due to me

Absolutely rude staff at the call centre I spoke to Rachel at KFC customer care who could not even speak English properly, Newlands East KFC Torlorleni told us to come for a replacement, they can collect their rotten burger and deliver my refund
