Stale bread, brown slimy lettuce, sauce from another item, and nobody cares! x2

I am part of a band. As a result of travelling and being on the road so often we live on take aways (most of the time). I have been disappointed over and over again by kfc. Unfortunately we let it go. Because we dont want to be diffucult! But today was the worst! My order?

2 snack burgers ... Plain and simple right?!

When i got it the first time the bread was so hard and stale, and the lettuce was brown and slimy. So i decided to return it... Asking for 2 fresh burgers.

This time the bread was not as hard but it still was not fresh and some pieces of lettuce had black spots on. the worst of all was that some pieces of lettuces was covered with orange sauce that does not even belong on the burger. How???

Poor hygiene and food care in the kitchen? The staff did not seem to be phased by this, they could not even give an explanation or apologize and agreed to give the money back.

I am so dissapointed. It was an easy order and they were not busy.
