Stale and dry chicken with no proper resolution from store

On 8 January, I purchased a 15-piece bucket and was extremely disappointed. The chicken was very stale and dry and was clearly not prepared on the day.

I immediately raised the issue and sent multiple emails with pictures as proof. I contacted customer service, who advised that a meal replacement had been offered. However, this was never properly arranged — I received no order number, no follow-up call, and no communication from the store.To date, nothing has been resolved. This experience reflects poor food quality and lack of accountability, and I am disappointed by the lack of customer care after following the correct complaint process.
