Staff threatened to beat me up for trying to correct wrong order

My order is 406 at KFC Sun Valley.chk 4406 at 15:52 I. Cape Town

My complaint is that the drive through agent was impatient with us and took the wrong order as she wasn’t concentrating on the customers.

On receiving the order at the 2nd window:

1st the gentleman with no name tag was very rude to us.

We requested him to pack meals in packets he rudely said that how meals are issued.

Then we tried to correct the wrong order and once again he rudely dismissed us and told us to move out of the way.

I then got into the shop to adress the problem he then got out of the shop and pointed fingers at me hurling abuse and threatening to beat me up.

He didn’t have a tag on so I have no name but at the time he was the only male figure in the shop.
