I’m so disappointed and disgusted with the service from both the KFC retail store and their customer service support. Logged a complaint on Monday regarding an incorrect order received and I still haven’t received any feedback. Received an email from Portia Sikhonde who was supposed to give me a call and I’m still waiting. The staff is so ***********
