Staff = No masks

Your belgravia store had excellent service and friendly staff, however it is gravely concerning that a number of your staff members preparing the food are wearing their masks on their chin and not covering their nose and mouth, which is very reckless and dangerous under the current circumstances. I can imagine wearing a mask while working in a hot food preparation area must be very challenging, but I trust that management will address the issue.
