staff member dont care and rolls his eyes!!!1

<p>been a regular customer at the new germany kfc,great food and staff ,but today was a total different experience there is a man stands at the complex there daily and has been there a couple of months ,ever since, that man harasses me so i never go alone ,today however he stands infront of my car knocks my bonnet and tells me to buy him a burger i ran into the kfc and spoke to sithembiso i explain to him that he needs to speak to that man cause ive noticed he targets indian people and he harasses me so sitembiso says he cant do anything i must find a way to deal with it ,so i tell him that i dont expect him to fight or argue just to confront the man and tell him to stop harrassing people at the end of the day fact is the man stands around kfc ,i have a business of my own andn if my customers are not happy with people lurking around my shop i confront them and problem solved ,sitembiso rolled his eyes and literally walked away. and stands at the back and tells his fellow staff about me and they have a jolly giggle at me..it fraustrates me when staff fail to listen and help the customer.im soo ****ed off!!!!!!!!!!</p>
