Staff Lying over availability of item

For the past 10 time I visited the KFC at Longroad Welkom, the staff tells me there is something wrong with the icecream machine. (No posters to indicate so at drive through). I had 4 toddlers in the car with me when once again the lady told me over the speaker there isn't ice cream. But when I proceeded to the window to pay, I heard the lady tell the black customer in the car behind me over the mic that there are strawberry and chocolate ice creams available. When I asked her about it she said she didn't hear me... so I asked to speak to the manager who send her back to tell me that if I have a problem I could get out of my car and come and tell him in the store. I had kids in the car with me... but he simply said he doesn't care. First of all, why not sell ice cream to me because I am white, because clearly they are lying about the machine being broken all the time. And even if that was the case why always have an issue and not fix it?
