Staff bad attitude

I went to kfc Elis park placed my order on the kiosk and waited for more than 20 minutes when I ask the lady by the name of Khanyi she told she only help customers that placed their orders by cashier and uber orders.she can not help us because our order was placed on the kiosk.we stood there she ignored us and proceed with other orders after a while she come back to me and ask what did I ordered and went to the kitchen to package order put those portions hard and dry and put my order on the table without even apologies or maybe say it was a mistake or saying something,she served us as if she is doing us a favour I really didn't like she treated us.
