Staff arguing in front of customers regarding work

I went to KFC in Nina Park on the 2019/05/31 around 18:30 to buy dinner for my kids. They were arguing infront of customers the shift leader was just non existing, we waited for wings with them not even apologing for a good 8 munites never mind the fact that we waited for an hour for our food. Training needs to be done, I dnt think I will be going there anylonger.
