S**t service

I placed an order online to collect at Matlosana mall and the confirmation said that I must collect before 18:30 and when I'm Two minutes away I must confirm. That I did. Upon my arrival the Lady by the name of Dorah said that they are closed and we should fetch our order at another location and they closed due to their Regional managers instruction. Firstly I chose the nearest location because of I was considering transportation which I didn't have. I don't know what is the use of ordering online if whoever is taking orders online and via the store honesty is not app****. At the moment I paid for the item I didn't get. I'm very very disappointed with KFC at this point. I dont have the product and I paid for the item.
