SPRINGSGATE KFC BAD SERVICE

First time after 2 months I can buy kfc .after standing in a long line in drive trough,I place my order,first they informed me,they out of stock with buns on a streetwise one,i ordered something els,when I have to pay,oh we off line,only cash! What is wrong with kFC SPRINGSGATE? 2 MONTHS AND OUT OF STOCK OFF LINE This is not the first time or second time I had problems with springsgate KFC, couple of times when I get home the order was not correct,always something missing like a peace of chicken or 1 smash and gravy missing.always!the people that work there need to get their act together!
