Special advertised on TV and on Facebook not available 12 pieces for R99-00

Went to KFC today -17/01/2018- because I saw their "special" advertised on TV. 12 pieces for R99-00. When arrived at local KFC was told this special is not available, When I phoned KFC customer care they told me it is not available anymore. When I looked at KFC facebook page there is comment from KFC that the special would be available from 09/01/18. Their words...not mine...this is false advertsing. I had to pay R250 for bucket, *******.
