Sophiatown KFC bad service

Hi so I was at sophiatown kfc drive thru with my 3 small children and wife wanting to order food for me and my family after I ordered my food I made my way to the take out window at the take out window I waited for an hour only when I jumped out of my car and went closer to the window to ask them why is my order taking so long is when I found out in a rude manner that the chicken was still cooking and that the lady told me that she was the only on there and after that I still had to wait about another 15 to 30 minutes till I got my order and even then they gave me the wrong order first then only when I checked it and told them then they changed it and that took so long to give me my food that all three of my children fell asleep in the car without eating because they took so long to give our food even when we got our colddrink there was ice in it when I specifically said I don't want ice in my colddrink. When I was about to leave the lady had bad attitude towords me and when I told her that this is bad service she ignored me and turned her back on me. I did not even get an apology!!!
