Soggy wrap and different price to one being advertised

I bought wrapster boc which is firstly advertised as R49 but at the pay point via drive thru im told its R62. The wrap was so soggy and the lettuce had even changed colour i threw it away as i couldnt drive back was in a hurry. They gave me too quickly i suspect it was already sitting from an earlier order. Im so angry and disappointed. This was KFC Kollonade mall in Montana. Via drive thru
