SODA MACHINE NOT WORKING

<p>I work at Bedford center and I am always popping into KFC for lunch however for the pas 2 occassions I have gone in to order a meal and a cool drink from the soda machine only to be told the soda machine is not working and I will need to pay in 6 rand more in order to purchase a buddy coke to go with my meal. Now I find 2 things rather dissapointing. Firstly the fact that the machine has not been working for a a while now and that it just looks like a ploy to up sales by upselling a buddy rather than what supposed to come with the meal and secondly since the machine is not working, whay should us the customers have to pay in extra for something that is not our fault? I had enquired from the cashier if we are able to get the meal with the buddy without paying in , and she said it will not look correct on the system. Sombody really needs to look into this as do work in the travel indsutry and pleasing our travellers comes before making money and i think KFC Bedfordview should rething their policy</p>
