So unhappy with KFC

My daughter swipe her card at KFC Capricorn Muizenberg and it did not go off so the cashier asked us to swipe again. We swiped again and it went off. Two days after that it went off again. That happened June . I went to the store and send many emails. They called me more than once and promised me this will be shorted. I still did not get my money back. R333 went of twice
