So much for Customer Satisfaction KFC!!

I had a bad experience when I purchased a large All Star box and i only got regular chips. I contacted the store and no one picked up i ended up sending an email at the head office. I did receive feedback from the emails but my case was not resolved instead todat i received an sms stating that they can't get hold of me whereas i was never contacted by anyone!! Now they have decides to close the case without actually helping me!!
