So many issues and no response

I’ve email a complaint to *** the 29th of November 2021 and still haven’t received any reaction or feedback!

If I don’t get any acknowledgement from KFC, I will share the photos on social media for everyone to see their quality food with worms in!

My Husband bought KFC at your Sandbaai outlet on Saturday morning (27 Nov) at 09:00 through the drive through,

The first issue was regarding the payment, He paid and the lady working there came back with half a R100 note saying she can’t accept it, but as part of his payment he gave n full R100 note, then she refused to help him further unless he gives her another R100, I don’t know if you can check the camera on what happened and what did she do? And what happend with the other half of the R100? After a very long wait, quarrel and issues, he got the food

But THEN…. When I ate my chicken, I got worms in it, see attached pictures!! This is sooooo gross!!!!

My question, did we get old chicken out of spite? Or is this just the quality you serve??? We didn’t take the burgers apart to know if there were anything wrong with them, as we ate the chicken last…

I’m very disgusted!
