So disappointed.And disgusted!

The Kfc I bought at KFC today?very disappointing.It was supposed to my Lunch but I had to throw it away because the chicken was out. It like they kept it in the refrigirator for long and it did not have any take only the skin was good. Now I have nothing to eat?The first time I let it slide Beacuase of the lockdown level 5 but this time I can not can I get my refund please
