So disappointed of kfc service

Am so upset with the service provided in this outlet. A worker by the name of Cleo is working is cashier and a server which is really unfair and keeps the que too long. Am from Pretoria so happy to visit Durban but am totally disgusted by this service. Tried to call the number *** by Muzomuhle but number is rejected which ****es me off even more. KFC please attend to this matter ASAP!
