Honestly, KFC Vryheid is the most constant branch I have visited. But that is not a good thing. Constantly disapointing food, worst cuts of chicken known to man, dry and bland. All the ingredients they use are of the poorest quality I have seen. Every time you order from the drive-thru, a ldy comes to you, takes your order and shouts to the booth whilst you are \kindly"requested not to let the timer start. Same problem at the collection where you have to wait in the parking 80% of the time for a simple order. The management is in on this ********* process. You guys at head office obviously do not care as the level of service and quality has remained unchanged for more than a year now. Staff can not be blamed in the end"
