Snail pace service at KFC drive through

I'm reviewing KFC Blue Hills with regards to the issue of a 'drive through' incident. What is the point of a 'drive through' if a customer is going to be ordered to go park and wait for their food in the blazing sun? KFC cashiers seem to expect customers to just oblige when they tell them to go wait for some of their items in the sun. First of all who's petrol should I use to go to a place I don't want to go? KFC is supposed to be a fast food outlet, please put FAST in the business.
