Snail fell out of my burger!!!

On Friday evening 11 September 2015 we went through the drive thru at brackenfell old paarl road KFC. We placed our order being a colonel burger meal plain, a wicked zinger box meal and a kiddies twister meal. When we got home both of the burger meals were zinger. My wife could not eat her meal as she cannot eat zinger. When I started eating my burger a snail fell off my burger with the lettuce. We are utterly disgusted in KFC. We went back to the store and they refunded us. But I am not happy with this. We eat kfc at least once a week, after this we can't say that we will ever again. It's really disappointing, are the lettuce even washed? How does something like this happen? Even though we were refunded it has left us with a terrible experience. Every time my 3 year old son eats he reminds me that there is snails in my food. #disgusted
