Slowest Drive through..Poorest Service KFC on this Planet

I was at Kentucky just after 10 on the 21st December. I was not going to write anything but have changed my mind. We went to get an ice cream etc. for my son and waited in the queue for 50 minutes. Once you are in you are stuck ...there were only 8 cars in front but we sat...no one came to let us know what the issues were. We just sat and were forced to wait it out...too add insult to injury...when we get to a human, they do not apologize and just say ...wheres your slip...no please..no thank you...useless drive through...****py service...pathetic company...never going back...far better fast food companies that actually care about their customer...swak Cape Gate KFC...You should feel ashamed
