Slow service and poor quality food

On Saturday evening we went to KFC Despatch Drive Thru, My husband ordered: 10 Dunked wings, 3 x Chips and 1 x Coleslaw. I separately ordered a 21 pc Bucket at the same time as his order. We waited in the queue at the drive through for approximately 15 minutes. When we got to the collections window, we were handed the Wings, chips and coleslaw. We were then told that the chicken would take another 16 minutes. We drove around to the parking area and waited. This now totalling a half an hour. Eventually after receiving our order, we got home, and the Chips and wings had gone cold. The dunked wings had absorbed the little sauce that they actually put over the wings. As for the 21pc bucket, that chicken was dripping with oil. I am totally disappointed in KFC Despatch. I would never buy from them again, as this was not the first time I am disappointed with the quality of their products.
