Slow service and bad attitude

I just come from Pretoria North KFC where I stood for almost 30min waiting for my food.The main reason we like going to KFC is because the food is ready,in that KFC they have a aystem where the food is ordered.Theres 1 teller and lot people just standing.After waiting that long I can finally see my order,but because the order of the last in front of me was messed up and she told them she is going to complain on Facebook everyone started talking about that order and no paid attention to the customers that have been standing waiting for their food.They need to start looking at a system that works because that one doesn't work.Theres lot of people but no progress .The lady who was giving out food had attitude as well.She is calling numbers and she called the nr after mine so in asking if they have not forgotten mine,without even looking at me she was like it is not ready in an attitude.I was on the verge of asking for my money and leave
