Slow service

<p>I went to the Kroonstad2 KFC (Checkers Centre) on Sunday 02/10/2016. I was first in line but had to wait for 10 minutes before someone came to take my order at 11:18. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes to receive the 2 soft twirls I ordered. It is unacceptable to wait for 20 minutes at a fast food restaurant, especially for something as simple as ice cream.</p>
